Hi my name is Ryan Keller, owner of CO Weddings Plus LLC.
I started training as a classical violinist since the age of 4. By the age of 11, my family and I were playing tons of weddings, since music was a family passion. I went to Mizzou and currently hold 5 degrees/certifications but the most important of all is the Technical Degree for Audio/Video Production and Broadcast Journalism. I have now been a Wedding DJ for over a decade, have been playing violin for over 2 decades, and creating wedding videos for the last 2 years.
As Social Chair of my Fraternity at Mizzou, it was my job to plan successful parties. I was re-elected every year because I knew how to make sure events were always fun. The only thing I didn’t understand is why I was writing so many huge checks to DJ and corporate event companies!? I noticed I had better equipment, they weren’t playing the right songs, or being polite. On top of all that, they were overcharging! I even tried working as a DJ for some of the corporate wedding event chains but couldn’t stand ripping people off just so the middle man could get paid for doing nothing but answering a phone and sitting in an office.
